StockPro collects only the minimum data required to operate the app. We do not sell personal data and do not execute trades.

Account Deletion
To request deletion of your StockPro account and associated data, users can follow the instructions provided at:

Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. Certain minimal logs may be retained for legal or security purposes for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
1.7 Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including access controls and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
1.8 Children’s Privacy
StockPro is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
1.9 Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 License
StockPro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for educational and research purposes only.
2.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label app content
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk download data
- Use the app to violate applicable laws or regulations
2.3 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and proprietary algorithms are the intellectual property of StockPro and protected under applicable laws.
2.4 No Brokerage or Trade Execution
StockPro does not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or facilitate buying or selling of securities on any exchange.
2.5 Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
2.6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3. Financial Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure
StockPro is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA).
Market data, financial information, company fundamentals, and related insights displayed in StockPro are sourced from publicly available information and third-party data providers. This data is aggregated, processed, and presented using automated systems and algorithms, and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or omissions.
All charts, screeners, alerts, AI-generated insights, and analytics are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.
