It has strategic collaborations with Amgen, Astellas, Bristol Myers Squibb, Regeneron, and Moderna; and clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Merck for the evaluation of CX-801 in combination with anti-PD-1 therapy, KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab). The company was founded in 2008 and is based in South San Francisco, California.
